"I attended the basic sales training course 3 months after starting my current role. Immediately after the course I noticed myself doing things slightly differently; thinking about the way I was selling in more detail.The difference was also apparent in the amount of deals I was closing, it almost doubled. The course helped me to understand the sales process and the various stages that should be covered on a sales call. The training course also gave me confidence to try different sales techniques and try closing in different ways.
The advanced training course gave me an invaluable insight into the workings of large revenue deals, the type I would like to be involved in in the near future. But it has also helped me to see how I can use some of the steps in how I currently sell. SPIN selling is something that I was already doing, I just didn't know it! Putting it into theory has given me more confidence to use this method as it is clearly tried and tested. I was fortunate to be in a small group for both courses which enabled the course leader to tailor each module to our individual businesses.
