The QDOS Group of successful sales recruiters has taken on 10 new starters who have commenced training at the Group's Headquarters in Manchester this week. The QDOS Group trainees are working for QDOS Group companies; market leading IT Sales recruiter, Robson Taylor, industrial and technical recruiter, Andersen Banks, and graduate recruiter, Alumni plc. The trainees are currently on a two week intensive induction course and will be progressing to an Account Executive role which will see them liaising with clients and working alongside experienced colleagues.

The QDOS Group Account Executives will benefit from a further three weeks of classroom based training in their first twelve months in the QDOS group. These courses, combined with the ongoing support and mentoring which they will receive from Managers and Directors, will put them on the fast track, enabling them to progress to a more senior role with additional responsibilities and higher earning potential within 12 months.

The QDOS Group companies (Robson Taylor, Andersen Banks and Alumni) have all expanded rapidly in the last two years and now employ more than 75 staff, who are based in their offices across the UK.

The QDOS Group has appointed three new female Finance Directors for Robson Taylor, Andersen Banks, and Alumni plc.  

The QDOS Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Louise Caulfield as Finance Director of Robson Taylor, Abbey Richardson as Finance Director of Andersen Banks and Lisa Scobbie as Finance Director of Alumni Plc.

These appointments highlight the Group's flexible and progressive approach; all three Finance Directors work part-time which allows them to balance work with family commitments. Abbey Richardson and Lisa Scobbie have been with the Group for more than two years and Louise Caulfield has joined recently from GE Capital.

Andrew Scholefield, Chairman of the QDOS Group, said: "I am delighted to announce the appointment of our three new Finance Directors. Staff at Alumni Plc, the specialist graduate sales and marketing recruiter, are celebrating after achieving a record final quarter for the company, in its first year of trading.

Alumni Plc has achieved record results in the fourth quarter of its first year. The specialist graduate placement and sales training company has also recruited a substantial number of top performing graduates for itself. Alumni, has grown from 1 to 15 employees in just over 12 months. The company has also opened another office just outside London in the last quarter.

Alumni's experienced staff have registered a record number of candidates in the last month. The company is also working on a record number of jobs, many of them for large corporate clients, who have added Alumni to their Preferred Supplier List.

Alumni Plc the national graduate sales recruiter has set up a new office in the south of England which will be headed up by Gareth Brobbin.

Gareth is recruiting a team of consultants and account executives who will concentrate on recruiting talented graduates for high flying sales jobs with companies based in the south. The southern office is located in St Albans, which is commutable to London and the M4 corridor. The Alumni team based in the company's Head Office in Manchester will be concentrating their efforts on jobs and candidates based in the midlands and the north of England. Alumni's Business Development team will manage key accounts across the country.

Cathy Needham has recently joined Alumni Plc as the company's new Business Development Manager.

Cathy will be working together with the Alumni team in the Head Office in Manchester and the new Alumni team based in the South of England, to secure new accounts for Alumni.

With just over 3 years experience recruiting graduates for sales roles at a well established recruitment and training company, Cathy has an excellent understanding of the requirements that companies have when recruiting graduates.
