Our selection process is extensive and involves basic sales training and exposure to the corporate culture to ensure that the candidates we put in front of you are of the highest calibre and are focused on a career in sales.

Once you have taken on an Alumni graduate, we will provide them with two sales training courses to ensure their success in their role.
